July was a good month for ACCA members.
The group’s Contractor Comfort Index for the month was 71. The figure is six points higher than a year earlier, when the index stood at 64.
The index, which has been compiled by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America since 2010, surveys members on short-term prospects for growth. A number above 50 indicates a majority of members view business conditions as positive.
The next index will be released at the end of August.
