The AHRI hosted a seminar Oct. 18 in South Korea on its certification program.
The session was held during Energy Korea 2013, hosted by the Korea Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Assessment Center, which has a partnership with the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute.
AHRI Senior Vice President Henry Hwong opened the seminar. Association consultant Bridge Xue discussed water source heat pumps, central station air-handling units and water-chilling packages.
“We are honored to participate in this groundbreaking event in Seoul,” said AHRI President and CEO Stephen Yurek. “Our world-class certification program is a global symbol of energy performance and is a key component to meeting national and regional energy use standards all over the world.”
