Can’t wait for the International Roofing Expo in Las Vegas early next year? There’s an app for that problem.

Show officials have introduced a mobile show application that works on the Apple, Android and Blackberry platforms. It includes information on the show’s educational sessions, exhibitors and keynote speakers. It also allows those planning to attend the Feb. 26-28, 2014, event to register and book hotel rooms from their tablet or smartphones.

“With the free mobile app, you can quickly find the IRE floor plan, exhibitor details, educational sessions and more from any web-enabled mobile device —  anywhere, anytime,” said show director Tracy Garcia. “The easy-to-use interactive capabilities will enhance your show experience, so download as soon as you can.”

The show will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip. The National Roofing Contractors Association will hold its annual meeting during the event.

"There is no better way to access all the critical show information while you’re on the go,” said NRCA Executive Vice President Bill Good. “I encourage all of our members to download the app today."
