A new business mentoring program will be offered to women seeking to pursue careers in sheet metal, mechanical and other non-traditional trades.
The new program is scheduled to begin in May.
"This exciting program would be ideal for tradeswoman who have competed their apprenticeships in non-traditional trades, and/or are working in one of the non-traditional trade areas, and are seeking management roles or looking to establish their own trade business," said Jackie Parkinson, ETC Ltd.'s national manager of business and strategy.
