Trimble has introduced AllTrak Cloud, a mobile software program designed for HVAC market mechanical, plumbing and electrical contractors.

AllTrak helps contractors involved in HVAC construction or other projects to monitor materials and handle scheduling remotely, officials say.

Users are able to instantly find out where sheet metal products assets are located, who’s responsible for them, and if vehicles have arrived at a worksite.

 "Knowing the location and utilization of assets on a jobsite, in a warehouse or on a service vehicle is key for MEP contractors," said Pat Bohle, general manager of Trimble's MEP division. "With Trimble AllTrak Cloud, contractors now have access to real-time information that equips decision makers with the insight they need to properly locate and utilize assets, while ensuring equipment is properly maintained and available when it is needed."

The program is expected to be released in the first quarter of next year, Trimble said.
