Johnson Controls announced it will be displaying the HVAC market company’s York Prestige line of commercial HVAC sales units at the AHR Expo in January.

The 3- to 12-ton rooftop units are made for easy installation during HVAC construction, officials said. They are designed to match the footprints of other manufacturers’ units and eliminate the need for a curb adapter.

“Installation of these new rooftop units is as easy as changing a tire on your car,” said Eric Newberg, director of commercial product management at Johnson Controls Unitary Products Group. “Contractors can remove the existing rooftop unit and set the new York unit within 15 minutes. The exact-fit replacement design means even the electrical and gas lines match up perfectly.”

The AHR Expo will take place Jan. 26-28, 2015, in Chicago.
