HVAC construction contractor organization the Unified Group will hold customer service training in Texas next month.

“Building a Service Mentality: Discovering the Keys to Excellent Client Service” will take place March 15-17 in San Antonio. The session is aimed at Unified Group members in positions such as dispatch, administration and service coordination.

Officials say attendees will get a better understanding of operations, teamwork and customers’ perspectives.
