HVAC market and tankless water heater equipment maker Rinnai is now a sponsor of the International Skating Union World Figure Skating Championships, which takes place later this month.

The contest, scheduled for March 25-29 in Shanghai, will be broadcast in more than 40 countries, including the U.S. and throughout Europe.

As a sponsor Rinnai said its logo would be in two places on the rink’s perimeter and on event marketing materials.

Officials with the HVAC construction company said they were excited to sponsor the event.

 “Competitive sports are the universal language of our world. From our sponsorship of NASCAR driver Cole Whitt in the US to the world of professional figure skating, Rinnai is always interested in new ways to reach homeowners, dealers and installers,” said Rinnai marketing Vice President Susan Mittelbrun. “Additionally, Rinnai will be seen alongside many of the world’s most esteemed brands, including Canon, Citizen, Kose and others.”
