Residential and commercial HVAC construction supplier WinWholesale Inc. has purchased Selkirk, N.Y.-based distributor Security Plumbing & Heating Supply Inc.

Terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition has added 12 New York state locations to WinWholesale’s network, which now includes 570 locations in 45 states.

 “Security Supply has a strong market presence with a solid name and reputation in New York, Massachusetts and Vermont,” said WinWholesale President Jack Johnston. “They have a long history of building solid customer relationships and providing high-quality products including being the most successful Kohler distributor in their trading area. A key component of our growth strategy is to acquire successful wholesaling companies that strengthen our presence in key markets and fit well within our targeted industries. Security Supply is a profitable company with a solid management team.”
