Franchise company the Dwyer Group is holding its 34th annual “reunion" later this month in Austin, Texas.

Dwyer, whose brands include HVAC market company Aire Serve and Mr. Appliance, Mr. Electric and ProTect Painters, will hold its gathering Aug. 30 to Sept. 2 at a JW Marriott resort.

“There are home and garden conventions for the public. But we are the home and garden convention for the business owners doing the work,” explained Dwyer Group President and CEO Mike Bidwell.

Dwyer Group has more than 2,100 franchise locations around the world, which generate $1.3 billion in sales, officials said.

The theme for this year’s meeting is “Topping the charts.” The keynote speaker will be author and trainer Brian Tracey.

“After a phenomenal year of growth and acquisitions, this Dwyer Group reunion will be one of the largest gatherings of service brand professionals and franchisees that Austin has ever seen,” Bidwell said.
