HVAC construction company Mechanical Systems Co. LLC is now part of the Linc Service franchise network.

The Memphis, Tennessee-based contractor recently signed the franchise agreement with ABM Industries Inc. The company has been in business since 2007 and offers design-build and plan-and-spec HVAC market services.

Chris Claude, executive vice president of Mechanical Systems Co., said he was excited to be joining the franchise and was looking forward to the expertise of ABM and its members.

“Mechanical Systems Co. began as a construction company,” Claude said. “Our clients were so pleased with our work that they asked us to provide them with mechanical services as well. We knew professional mechanical services were necessary, but, never having performed these services ourselves, were not sure how to begin offering them. Being a part of the Linc Service network gives our company a proven resource with a defined blueprint to enhance and grow our mechanical services.”

ABM franchise group CEO Bert Kendall said the addition of Mechanical Systems was a good one.
