The PHCC-affiliated HVAC construction group the Quality Service Contractors has appointed Lawrence Leonard as its new executive director.

Leonard replaces Charlie Wallace, who retires in March.

“We are excited to have Lawrence join our team,” said Michael Copp, the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling-Contractors National Association’s executive vice president.  

Leonard has many years of experience managing volunteer activities, programs, products, services and general business affairs of trade associations and professional societies, most notably the Association Management Company Institute and the Convention Industry Council.
