The Associated Air Balance Council has published the seventh edition of its system balancing guide for the HVAC market.
AABC National Standards for Total System Balanceprovides guidance and offers proper methods and procedures for testing, adjusting and balancing of HVAC construction systems.
This version of the guide is the first to be approved by American National Standards Institute, meeting ANSI’s requirements for consensus and process.
“The AABC National Standards for Total System Balance represent the gold standard in the proper approach to testing, adjusting, and balancing HVAC systems,” said AABC standards committee Chairman Gaylon Richardson of Engineered Air Balance Co. Inc. “This new, ANSI-approved edition will make a tremendous contribution toward consistent, high quality industry practices that benefit all parties.”
