The Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors have launched an interactive job board, the PHCC Career Center, which will provide its members with a resource for online employment connections.

The center can be found at www.phccweb.org/.

“With the steadily increasing need for plumbers and HVAC technicians across the United States, we’re confident this center will help raise awareness of the countless job opportunities in the industry right now and give potential employees easy online access to these attractive opportunities,” said PHCC President Charles E. Greene. “Plus, we know how critical it is for employers in the industry to attract first-rate talent. For them, this will become a go-to resource.”

Employers can post jobs online, search for candidates based on specific job criteria and create an online resume agent to email qualified candidates.

Members and nonmembers can use the PHCC Career Center to reach HVAC market and plumbing industry candidates.

For job seekers, the PHCC Career Center is a free service that provides access to employers and jobs. In addition to posting their resumes, job seekers can browse and view available jobs based on their criteria and save those jobs for later review if they choose.
