Tankless water heater maker Rinnai has promoted Takashi “Tak” Sonoda, president of Rinnai America, to the position of corporate auditor at the company’s headquarters in Nagoya, Japan.

Yuzo Yoshida, Rinnai’s director and senior managing executive officer and general manager of overseas business, is now U.S. operations president. Frank Windsor, Rinnai America’s general manager, has been promoted to chief operating officer.
