Allan Dziwoki has been named division vice president and general manager of Panasonic Appliances Air-Conditioning North America.
In this role, Dziwoki will lead Panasonic’s heating and cooling businesses in North America and will take charge of the group’s strategic planning, as well as the implementation and management of key initiatives and objectives for HVAC businesses in the United States, officials say.
“Allan will be essential to the continued growth of our HVAC business, and we’re eagerly anticipating the unique perspective that he will bring to our team,” said Dan Silver, president of Panasonic Eco-Solutions North America. “Allan’s tremendous experience and successful track record give us great confidence that he’s the perfect fit for this position, helping us continue to grow and polish our reputation in this highly competitive market.”
Prior to joining Panasonic, Dziwoki held senior roles in sales and marketing at HVAC distributor Watsco. He spent 15 years with Mitsubishi Electric U.S. Inc., where he served as senior vice president of sales, marketing and operations in the heating and cooling division. Before that, he served as an officer in the U.S. Army from 1988 to 1992 and was previously an operations manager at Giben America Inc.
