Fresh-Aire UV has named Marissa Granados its U.S. sales and training manager. 

In this role, Granados is responsible for technical training and best practices on the company’s residential and commercial air-purification and UV-sterilization technology for HVAC market contractors, technicians, manufacturers’ representatives, distributors, hospitals and trade associations.

“Marissa is an experienced HVAC instructor who will be instrumental in advancing our sales and end-user satisfaction through technical training on the technology, its operation, installation and aftermarket follow-up,” said Ron Saunders, vice president of Fresh-Aire UV.

Previously, Granados was the director of education and training at Appion Inc.  She was also a featured speaker at the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society’s 2015 national conference and has been known to go into the field to gather information on jobsite challenges, officials say.

“Going into the field with technicians helps develop better relations between manufacturers and contractors,” Granados said.
