American Home Shield has purchased Landmark Home Warranty, a company with contracts in Nevada, Oregon, Arizona, Idaho, Utah and Texas.

Terms were not disclosed. American Home Shield is a business unit of ServiceMaster.

Salt Lake City-based Landmark has been named one of the fastest growing companies in the nation from 2013-2015 by Inc. magazine.

Landmark will maintain its branding, name and management, American Home Shield officials said.
