Linx Industries, a division of DMI Cos. and formerly known as Lindab USA, has hired Raymond Yam as its large project specialist, where he will provide nationwide sales support for the company’s ductwork systems.

“Raymond is a valuable asset,” said Clay Witcher, business development manager at Linx Industries. “I am happy to have him on board.”

A New York native, Yam earned a college degree in mechanical engineering and has worked in the industry for more than 20 years. He has experience working with manufacturer’s representative firms and has sold Linx and Lindab systems throughout his career, officials said.

Yam will be headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina.
