Urso Air Systems installed a complete York HVAC system, which was donated by Johnson Controls, for the home of U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Arturo Weber.
San Pedro, California-based Urso Air Systems and Johnson Controls worked with Building Homes for Heroes, a nonprofit that builds or renovates quality homes and gifts them to severely injured veterans — mortgage free.
“The support of companies like Johnson Controls and its high-quality York heating equipment contractors like Urso Air Systems enable our organization to reach more injured veterans in need and help them begin to rebuild their lives,” said Chad Gottlieb, director of construction development at Building Homes for Heroes.
William Urso, owner of Urso Air, said it’s been an honor donating their services in order to make the lives of veterans like Weber more comfortable.
“Working with programs like Building Homes for Heroes gives our company an opportunity to give something back to people who have served and made sacrifices for our country,” Urso said.
