Aeroseal is proud to announce the launch of our next generation duct-sealing system, HomeSeal Xpress (HSX).

HomeSeal Xpress (HSX) is the latest and lightest iteration of Aeroseal’s technology. It is the first airless adaptation and fifth product innovation of HomeSeal. With residential new construction in mind, HSX is engineered for efficient, effortless integration into the course of construction for residential builds. It has been equipped with new components to ensure easy deployment into the new home, facilitating high-performance homebuilding.

HSX is up to four times faster than sealing the home by hand. Now, instead of incorporating an air compressor to seal structures, it sprays the sealant with the new airless pump. This means the technology is at its lightest with a much more compact box, making it more mobile for transportation with a smaller footprint. And since a single technician can complete the job with HSX, the contracting company can send out a smaller crew without the need for two men to operate it, meaning less labor necessary.

Other modifications made were improvements to the internal layout of the boxes for functionality and adjustments to the new automatic gate feature. The unitary system has a “SmartSeal” software that controls the machine and provides a user-friendly interface for monitoring sealing, measuring pre and post seal leakages, and printing certificates.

Aeroseal helps RNC builders and homes meet national and state construction codes. By tracking and targeting leaks located throughout the ductwork, Aeroseal raises the energy efficiency of the home. Sealed systems sustain a healthier home environment and also drive down heating & cooling costs for the homeowner.
