Duro Dyne, a brand leader in sheet metal accessories and equipment for the Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning industry from NSI’s HVAC Division, has announced that Pat Rossetto, President of Duro Dyne, has announced his retirement.

“Throughout the years, Pat has been an invaluable asset to Duro Dyne, holding various key positions that have played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s success,” said NSI HVAC President Robert Hennessy.

Added G. R. Schrotenboer, NSI CEO, “We cannot thank Pat enough for his unwavering guidance, leadership, and insight during his decades with Duro Dyne as his profound impact has been invaluable in making the brand the market leader it is today. Pat’s absence will be felt, and he will be missed.”

Starting as Duro Dyne’s Territory Manager from 1987-1999, Rossetto held the role of Product Manager from 2002-2008, followed by an exceptional tenure as the V.P. of Sales from 2008-2014. For the past nine years, he has been the company’s president, leading Duro Dyne with unwavering vision and unparalleled passion.

“It has been quite a journey these past 36 years, and I wouldn’t trade a minute of it,” Rossetto said. “The changes I’ve seen in both the brand and the marketplace have been remarkable. And the friendships I’ve made along the way mean the world to me. Duro Dyne is in great hands, and I look forward to watching the brand continue to grow.”
