ST. CATHARINES, Ontario — Right Time Group of Companies, a home services provider with more than two dozen locations in Canada, has acquired Knight Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, expanding its growth in Western Canada.

Based in Calgary, Alberta, Knight has been providing plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services in Calgary and the surrounding area since 1970. Management and employees of Knight will join the Right Time team and continue to serve their customers and community.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition is part of Right Time’s growth strategy, the company said in a press release.

“We are proud to welcome the Knight team to Right Time,” said CEO Craig Goettler. The Knight team, Goettler continued, has “built a legacy in the Calgary area that we look forward to continuing for years to come.”

The community of Calgary has embraced Knight heartily, honoring the company with multiple consumer awards year after year. The company also holds a decades-long A-plus rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Right Time is majority-owned by Gryphon Investors, a middle-market private equity firm.
