Since joining the HVAC industry in 2013, he has proven to be a people-focused leader committed to building trusting partnerships with customers throughout the industry. He also has made talent development a primary focus, acting as a mentor for younger professionals and contributing to their career growth.
Davis’ product impacts are substantial. Starting with no knowledge of HVAC and no technical background, he did the work to learn the customers, terminology, technology, and applications.
He led project teams that launched Lennox’s first aluminum-coil air handlers and outdoor units, with technology designed to reduce corrosion and increase unit life.
“I love coaching and developing great talent,” Davis said. “My goal is to attract great people to join our industry and help them build successful careers. HVAC is full of rewarding, meaningful work.
