Jarred Duebel has transitioned throughout many positions within the Controlled Holdings company and HVAC industry.
“I received a message on LinkedIn asking if I would be interested in chatting about an open sales position. This led me to the decision to take a leap of faith, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made,” Duebel said.
He joined the team in 2017 as a business development representative. Duebel moved into a territory manager role, servicing his own book of business and substantially growing the territory. He helped hundreds of contractors and wholesalers find solutions for their HVAC needs. In addition to his product and industry knowledge, it was apparent how much of a "people leader" Duebel was.
He moved into a national sales manager position where his impact was immediately felt. Here, Duebel led his own team of individuals by example. Not only did he contribute to the massive growth of sales revenue and margin, but he also helped build and develop a team of talented individuals. The success in this role led to the easy decision of promoting him to director of sales, where he oversees and manages four selling divisions within the company.
“I aspire to work alongside my team in building the best sales program our industry has to offer,” Duebel said. “I hope to work my way into an executive role at Controlled Holdings and offer my skill set to continue building an organization which truly values its employees. Continuously building a fun place to work which enriches the lives of our employees and their families, is highly important to me.”
