Jason Ewing went to work for A/C Works right out of high school at the young age of 17. However, he had been interested in HVAC since he was 15 years old and even became EPA 608 Universal certified while he was still in high school
Ewing was an apprentice for three years before being given the responsibility of running service. He is a great learner and quickly developed into a great HVAC technician.
While being shy by nature, Ewing has broken out of his shell to develop into a technician who can communicate with a homeowner with ease.
“My eventual goal would include owning and operating my own business,” Ewing said. “There’s so many steps to get there, but it is a day-by-day process to becoming better.”
One of Ewing’s many skills is the ability to place the customer’s needs over his own priorities to make sure they receive the best customer experience. The company has more than doubled its customer base since Ewing has been employed with them.
“It is about satisfying the customer and gaining a customer for life,” Ewing said. “The company I work for has given me the resources to become great in the trade. I have worked hard to overcome personal obstacles that were in the way of me succeeding in the HVAC trade.”
