SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Contractor University and OPTIMUS Financing, divisions of the nonprofit Electric & Gas Industries Association (EGIA), have announced details for the 2024 Educating Profesionals in Contracting conference, EPIC2024, which is scheduled for March 11 and March 12, 2024, at the Disneyland Hotel Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

EPIC2024 will include celebrity keynotes, breakout sessions led by industry experts, an exhibition of products and services, and a family-friendly networking party.

The EPIC2024 keynote speakers are:

• Deion Sanders: National Football League Hall of Famer, entrepreneur, and coach of the University of Colorado Buffaloes.

• Robert Irvinechef, entrepreneur, and host of the TV series “Restaurant: Impossible.

• Duncan Wardle: Former head of innovation and creativity for Walt Disney Co. and a master storyteller.

• Dustin Tavella: Magician, motivational speaker, and the winner of Season 16 of “America’s Got Talent.”

In addition to the keynote lineup, EPIC2024’s educational offerings include breakout sessions led by presenters from the contracting industry, including Tommy Mello, author of “Home Services Millionaire” and host of the “Home Service Expert Podcast,” and Gene Marks, a small business columnist frequently seen on Fox News, CNN, and a variety of other media outlets.

Discounts for overnight accommodations at the Disneyland Hotel and discounted tickets to both Disneyland and California Adventure will be available to conference attendees. Child-care options at the Disneyland Hotel will be available for parents who bring their children (ages 4-12) to Disneyland with them. The child-care option can be selected as an add-on service, for a fee, when registering for the conference. 

Registration for individuals who previously joined the EPIC2024 pre-sale list is open, and registration for the general public is scheduled to open Wednesday, August 30. Early bird registration pricing will be available until October 31.
