NEWARK, Del. — Horizon Group Holdings (HGH), also known as Strikepoint Group Holdings, has acquired Gervais Mechanical, a residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractor in Massachusetts.

Founded in 2004, Gervais Mechanical is led by brothers Jeff and Scott Gervais, who will continue to be responsible for the management and growth of the business going forward.

The addition of Gervais Mechanical to HGH’s portfolio of home-services brands, which stretches from New England to Florida and west to Texas, is the 33rd partnership in the last 36 months. The company continues to experience rapid growth through acquisitions of and partnerships with companies looking to expand their commitment to customers and enhance opportunities for employees, its press release said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
