DULUTH, Ga. — DiversiTech Corp., a supplier of components and related products for HVACR professionals, has acquired three Italian companies: Niccons, of Vicenza; GIA, of Trecate; and Vorpa, of Riccione.

These companies will significantly enhance the product range and service and manufacturing capabilities of DiversiTech Europe, a press release from DiversiTech said.

The combined companies will have more than 300 employees, three distribution centers, and six manufacturing plants in Europe that complement DiversiTech's seven manufacturing operations in North America.

"We are thrilled to welcome the Niccons, GIA, and Vorpa teams to the DiversiTech family,” said Andy Bergdoll, CEO of DiversiTech. “These three companies, in collaboration with our teams at Rodigas, Artiplastic, Castel, and PumpHouse/DiversiTech UK, are committed to delivering a full range of HVACR parts, supplies, and accessories to both our European and North American wholesale channel partners.
