PRICE INCREASES

Lennox Industries (Richardson, Texas) announced planned price increases on residential equipment and accessories of up to 10% as of February 5, 2024.

Allied Air Enterprises (West Columbia, S.C.) will raise prices on residential equipment, parts, and accessories by up to 10%, effective January 2, 2024. Prices on commercial and specified equipment, parts, and accessories will increase by up to 12%.

Del-Air Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric (Sanford, Fla.) acquired Simpson Air (Tampa, Fla.).

Leap Partners (Nashville, Tenn.) acquired Patriot Services (Chatanooga, Tenn.).

Coolsys (Brea, Calif.) acquired Georgia Air Solutions (Jackson, Ga.).

Winsupply Inc. (Dayton, Ohio) acquired Milford Companies (Justin, Texas).

Sila Services (Philadelphia) acquired Triangle Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical (Bellefonte, Penn.).

 

MANUFACTURERS

Noritz America Corp. (Fountain Valley, Calif.) named Eric Ashley senior product manager.

Nidec Motor Corp. (St. Louis) promoted Tom Bourquin to vice president and general manager of its HVAC segment.

 

DISTRIBUTORS

Motion Industries (Birmingham, Ala.) promoted Mike Esposito to group vice president of motion automation intelligence.
