WILMINGTON, N.C. — HVAC contractor Anderson Air is partnering with Columbia Home Services, a residential and light commercial services firm primarily focused on HVAC services.

The partnership marks a significant step in Anderson Air’s commitment to providing top-quality HVAC services to the Wilmington community and will enable management to progress to the next level, a press release from Anderson Air said.

The partnership brings together improved systems and processes, cutting-edge technology, growth opportunities for employees, enhanced profitability, and long-term sustainability for the business, the press release said. Management has plans to expand service offerings into plumbing and electrical and plans to retain its focus on servicing homeowners, the press release said.

MidStreet Mergers & Acquisitions, based in Raleigh and Wilmington, represented Anderson Air in the negotiations with Columbia.
