DALLAS — Quan Nguyen retired on Feb. 2 as vice president and general manager of Lennox Industries Residential. Lanessa Bannister, formerly vice president of residential sales and stores, succeeded Nguyen.

"I am truly honored to embrace this new role and grateful for the trust placed in me,” said Bannister in a Lennox press release. “In collaboration with our outstanding and dedicated team, I look forward to driving success and achieving new heights for Lennox Residential."

Bannister is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience and brings a tremendous amount of industry and business expertise to her new role, Lennox said.

“Lanessa’s experience within Lennox across both residential and commercial segments, combined with one-step and two-step distribution knowledge, and demonstrated leadership skills, uniquely qualify her for this role,” said Gary Bedard, president and executive vice president of the Lennox Home Comfort Solutions segment. “I am confident that our Lennox Residential HVAC organization will achieve profitable growth under her leadership.”

Before joining Lennox, Bannister held senior leadership positions with Carrier. She holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Mississippi State University and a master’s degree in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

The position of vice president of residential sales and stores is being filled by Steve Pitlik. Pitlik joined Lennox in 2011 and has held several roles in the company.
