Description: The PHW induced-draft parallel hybrid fluid cooler offers high-tonnage capacity and layout flexibility for industrial plants, data centers, and large HVAC applications, especially where requirements call for fewest units, connections, and fans. It’s designed as a compliment to Evapco's ESW4, the company’s largest and most energy-efficient single cell evaporative cooler. The PHW comes in two box sizes: 12x24 feet and 14x26 feet. Fan motor sizes are 30 horsepower to 100 horsepower, with two 7.5 horsepower pump motors per cell. It includes Evapco's XPak bonded block fill, plus high-efficiency drift eliminators. The PHW incorporates Evapco’s latest high-efficiency heat transfer coils, featuring the company’s exclusive internal tube. Evapco’s Sensi-Coil technology features elliptical tubes assembled in a high-density coil tube arrangement. The combination of these coil technologies with tube enhancement provides more internal and external heat transfer surface area as well as greater air and water loading over the coil. The result is superior heat transfer performance in parallel-flow heat transfer.
