INDIANAPOLIS — Mike Roszkowski is the new president of Max Service Group, which operates HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies in the Midwest.
Roszkowski, who previously served as vice president of operations, has a long history of leadership experience in various roles within the mechanical and HVAC fields, a press release from Max Service Group said.
“I’m honored to take the baton and lead Max Service Group,” said Roszkowski. “The Max Service Group brands are all respected leaders in their markets, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue building those reputations. Since coming aboard, I’ve been impressed by the quality of the team and the commitment to our core values. We’re the best in the business because of these, and I am thrilled to be part of our continued growth and success through serving our team and clients.”
Roszkowski’s vision for the future, dedication to customer satisfaction, and commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and inclusion align perfectly with the core values of Max Service Group, the company’s press release said.
Roszkowski succeeds Greg Wells, who successfully led the company in gaining new clients and entering new markets in recent years.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with the great team at Max Service Group,” said Wells. “We have always prided ourselves on a superior client and team member experience and that will not change. Mike has a proven track record of leading organizations that take client and team experience very seriously. I can’t wait to see the great things this company will do with Mike leading.”
