PHILADELPHIA — Sila Services has acquired of Gary & Sons Inc., a heating and cooling company in Falls Creek, Pennsylvania.

The move represents another milestone in Sila Services’ expansion strategy and underscores its commitment to exceptional HVAC services throughout Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic region, the company said in a press release.

Gary Walborn founded Gary & Sons in 1978; the company is recognized throughout Elk, Jefferson, Clearfield, Clarion, and Cameron counties for its commitment to excellence in customer service as well as for creating an exceptional work environment, the Sila Services press release said. Kurt Walborn is the current general manager.
