LOS ANGELES ServiceTitan announced its end-to-end integration with ServiceChannel, a platform for the procurement and delivery of facilities service. The alignment directly connects ServiceTitan’s commercial service contractors with the platform of choice for the world’s largest retail, restaurant, grocery store, healthcare and convenience store chains to source and manage facilities services. This partnership empowers users on both platforms to enhance operational efficiency to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive better business outcomes.

Generally available today following months of beta testing, the integration enables commercial service contractors to receive and complete ServiceChannel work orders directly in ServiceTitan, rather than manually entering information from one system into the other. With this integration, critical data and insights automatically integrate directly into both systems, allowing commercial service contractors to save time and ensure accuracy all within one platform.

ServiceTitan’s recent analysis of the commercial industry revealed that more than two-thirds (67%) of contractors aim to grow revenue in 2024. The same research found that most contractors’ revenue (51%) is driven by repeat customers, making it more critical than ever for commercial service businesses to provide high-quality service to reach their goals set for the year.

“The automatic transfer of work-order information greatly streamlined our workflow, saving us at least 5 hours a week in just the first 90 days,” said Shane Jaeger, president of operations at Lawton. “The improved efficiency is no doubt a factor in improved performance scores and some 100 new inquiries for a $250,000 increase in revenue.”

“Our world relies on commercial service contractors to build and maintain our critical infrastructure, from retail centers and restaurants to grocery stores, healthcare facilities and everything in between,” says Alex Kablanian, general manager of commercial & construction. “ServiceTitan is committed to providing commercial contracting businesses with the necessary tools to improve their operations, especially as they navigate market challenges, like labor shortages, supply costs and extended project lead times. With this partnership, we are confident our customers can more seamlessly manage workflows and focus their efforts on what matters most to them – doing excellent work for their customers, resulting in improved outcomes and greater success.”

Key benefits of ServiceChannel’s integration with ServiceTitan include:

  • Reduced Manual Processes: Complete work orders faster by booking, scheduling and performing work from one system while ensuring data is in sync, rather than having to copy information between systems.
  • Seamless Technician Check-In: Automatically track and manage technician check-ins to ensure efficient and accurate workflow management.
  • Faster Payments: Instantly send and have invoice details automatically mapped in ServiceChannel, saving time from referencing accounting data in multiple systems or generating numerous invoices.
  • Improved Customer Experience: Executing high-quality work more quickly improves the experience contractors deliver to their facilities and brand customers, and could result in more business.

“Integrating our platform and marketplace with ServiceTitan helps our customers feel confident that all work order details are attended to," says Sid Shetty, chief business officer of ServiceChannel. “We are equally committed to helping shape the commercial services industry, and by addressing our provider's evolving challenges, we can continue to drive value for their businesses. This way, we also help raise the standards for customer service and enable contractors to meet the moment.”
