ALEXANDRIA, Va. — ACCA's 2024 Service Managers Forum will take place Monday, Nov. 11, through Wednesday, Nov. 13, in Pasadena, California.

The event is designed to equip HVACR service managers with essential tools, knowledge, and networking needed to excel in their roles and drive their businesses forward, a press release from ACCA said.

Gerry Den Ouden, ACCA’s 2024 Service Manager of the Year, said service managers everywhere should plan to attend.

“The Service Managers Forum is a really great opportunity for service managers to learn from the best in the industry. It’s a chance to share experiences, solve problems together, and return to our businesses with fresh ideas and renewed motivation,” Ouden said. “I believe every service manager who is serious about their career should attend.”

The forum will feature a lineup of sessions focused on leadership, customer service, and operational efficiency. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with industry experts, participate in interactive workshops, and gain insights into the latest trends and technologies shaping the HVACR industry, the press release said.

“We are excited to bring together service managers from across the country for this year’s forum,” said Barton James, ACCA president and CEO. “Attendees can plan for intensive learning and networking, with sessions that address the most pressing challenges and opportunities in the HVACR industry. We want to provide service managers with practical strategies they can implement immediately to improve their operations and grow their businesses.”

Discounted pricing for the forum is available through Friday, Aug. 16. Registration and information about the event can be found here.
