COLUMBIA, S.C. — Holsenback Service Inc., an HVAC installation, service, and maintenance contractor in Monetta, South Carolina, has been sold to Service Country, a group of HVAC contracting companies based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Apogee Equity Partners, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm for privately owned businesses based in Columbia, South Carolina, facilitated the deal on behalf of Holsenback.

Anthony Holsenback, the former owner of Holsenback Service Inc., will continue to serve as its president.
