NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Jason Cocco was recently named CEO of BFC Solutions, which offers preventive maintenance services for commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Cocco has been the company’s president and chief revenue officer since June and succeeds Phil Whitaker, who helped shape the company’s direction over the years, according to a BFC Solutions press release. Whitaker had been CEO since March of 2021 and remains with BFC Solutions as a board of directors member.

“I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Phil for his invaluable leadership and contributions to our business,” Cocco said in the release. “His guidance has laid a strong foundation that I am excited to build upon.”

BFC Solutions, headquartered in Nashville since 1961, is recognized for its manufacturing capabilities and its patented, cardboard-free PleatLink Filter System, the press release said.

“I am incredibly excited and humbled to take on the responsibilities of CEO,” Cocco said. “Together with our talented team, I see a bright future for BFC Solutions as we continue to drive innovation and deliver exceptional value to our customers.”
