KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. — Sila Services has acquired John Nugent & Sons, a family-owned and -operated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company in Sterling, Virginia, that has served Northern Virginia since 1975.

The partnership expands Sila Services’ presence in the Washington, D.C., area and builds on the 50-year legacy of quality and customer service established by Nugent & Sons, according to a press release.
