In addition to daily managerial duties, Langrehr will be responsible for coordinating the fulfillment of all Final 5 projects. Final 5 is one of IPG's flagship products developed to take the stress and burden off of clients looking to hire new employees. With Final 5, IPG does all of the sourcing, interviewing, and pre-screening for five qualified candidates and then passes them on to the client company. This saves the client time and resources and provides them with five quality candidates ready to be hired.
Langrehr comes to IPG with an extensive background in human resources. She has previously managed teams of over 100 employees in $20 million per year department stores. Her responsibilities as a human resource manager there included maintaining top-quality customer service, managing all operations of the store, and processing the employee payroll.
IPG's CEO, Mark Sampson, commented on Langrehr's hire, "With the skills and knowledge possessed by Langrehr, IPG will continue to provide a superior level of customer service to our clients. We believe that Langrehr has the experience and talent necessary to help maintain IPG's position as the leading online job board for construction related industries."
Prior to working in human resources, Langrehr served as director for several political groups and events such as the Iowa Democratic Party and the Iowa Senate Democratic Campaign of 2000.
