Continental Products, Inc. (Indianapolis, IN) and Multiaqua, Inc. (Pembroke Pines, FL) have signed a mutual memorandum of understanding for collaboration on technical and marketing issues to include technical information exchange, research and development cooperation, product development coordination, and mutual development of worldwide distribution.
