Baltimore Aircoil Co. (Baltimore, MD) announced an 8% price increase on units with stainless steel construction in all product lines and on stainless steel price add-on options. Prices on units with stainless steel cold water basins will be increased 3% to 5%. The company says these price increases are necessitated by cost increases and nickel surcharges, which it says have boosted stainless steel costs by 35%.
