The Oil ThermoPack and Gas ThermoPack combine a furnace and air conditioning system in one package. The combination units provide a solution for tight installation areas, says the manufacturer. They can be installed on an outdoor slab or on a rooftop, and are approved for mobile home applications. Two heating capacities are offered for oil (85,000- or 105,000-Btuh input) and one for natural or LP gas (75,000-Btuh input), with up to an 82% AFUE rating. Both models offer four cooling capacities (2, 2 1/2, 3, and 3 1/2 ton) with 12-SEER efficiency.
