The noninvasive ScaleBlaster safely eliminates the formation of lime scale deposits in water pipes, cooling towers, and boilers without the use of chemicals, salt, water softening equipment, or maintenance, says the company. The circuitry sys-tem produces a series of complex modulating frequency waveforms that hit the resonant frequency of the calcium carbonate molecules, where they lose their adhesive properties. The manufacturer says existing scale is removed and will never form again.
