ServiceMaster (Downers Grove, IL) announced a third-quarter cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable on July 31, 2000, for shareholders of record on July 14, 2000. This dividend payment is consistent with the previously announced 2000 annual dividend policy of $0.38 per share. The anticipated dividend for the fourth quarter is $0.10 per share.
