Financial results for Burnham Corp.’s (Lancaster, PA) year ended Dec. 31, 2000 included net sales of $225.7 million, an increase of $10 million from 1999. Earnings for the year were down from $9.6 million in 1999 to $7.1 million in 2000, while basic earnings per share fell to $3.17 from $4.24 in 1999. The company increased the dividend rate for 2001 to $2.04 per share, and preferred stock dividends are now $3.00 per share.
Colmac Coil Manufacturing (Colville, WA) has received a Canadian Registration Number (CRN) for its aluminum tube ammonia coils, and has fully implemented it in all Canadian provinces.
