VALLEY STREAM, NY — Richtech Inc. has expanded its financial services for contractors/dealers to now include residential financing to $20,000 and multifamily and commercial financing to $5 million.

The company is also offering five- and 10-year residential and commercial extended warranties for air conditioners, boilers, furnaces, and water heaters. In addition, it provides one-year insurance policies on residential and commercial service contracts.

The company says its programs are designed to assist the installing contractor in gaining new customers while maintaining existing customers. Its financing programs are one-party checks made directly to the contractor, not two-party checks.
