CHICAGO, IL — Exelon Enterprises announced its acquisition of Milwaukee-based Wenninger Company, Inc., the ninth acquisition in just over a year for its Exelon Services business.

Wenninger Company is involved in the construction and service of building systems, including hvac, piping, plumbing, temperature controls, and building automation, as well as industrial process piping and ventilation.
