(Syracuse, NY) announced that it has purchased Slack Buckner Systems (SBS) of Dallas, TX, a leading manufacturers’ representative firm offering hvac equipment in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. SBS will combine its commercial sales organization with Carrier-Bock and the combined companies will be known as Carrier North Texas.
